Time Stop

- added new armour set, Jester

- jester has 4 moves that are activated with keybinds, Z for displacement (teleports everything in a 30 blocks radius forwards), C for time halt (stops time for 5 secs), V for time skip (teleports you forwards) and G for jester's ruse (makes you invulnerable and prevents movement + applies blindness for all entities in a 30 block radius). has one other move that is activated when youre about to die, this move briefly makes you invisible and heals you. (all the moves have cooldowns)

- fixed time stop crafting recipe giving creative mode ts rather than the standard one
