Tiganj Core 1.0.5 Fixed Tiganj Core mixin registration on Forge so the bundled compatibility patches are applied reliably. Added a direct BlockItem description guard for wall signs and wall hanging signs to stop inventory, codex, JEI, sorting, hover, and other GUI item-rendering screens from entering the wall-sign description stack overflow. Added a BetterX/BCLib worldgen guard that prevents Blueprint's modded biome slice wrapper from replacing active dimension biome sources when BetterEnd, BetterNether, or BCLib are loaded. Keeps the previous Caverns & Chasms null-target safety patch and World Corruption Fixer startup block.
