Philosophy

TickTally is not a parenting tool.

It doesn’t judge, limit, or control how you play.

It simply tells you the truth:

how much time you’ve actually spent in the game.

What you do with that information is entirely up to you.

How It Works

Uses Minecraft’s built-in stats for initial world imports
Tracks active playtime using client ticks
Saves progress periodically to prevent loss
Stores everything locally in:

.minecraft/config/ticktally.json

Stores corrupted saves in:

.minecraft/config/corrupt_<total_played_milliseconds_at_the_time_of_corruption>_ticktally.json

Installation

Install Fabric Loader
Install Fabric API
Drop the .jar into your mods folder
Launch the game
Also, you are required to have Fabric API, Cloth Config API & Mod Menu installed too.

Done.
