Fixes and improvements

• Fixed V2 route selection overlooking shorter crafting routes that use existing inventory, including the reported ATM kerosene case.
• Fixed redstone crafting ingredients ignoring available inventory. Existing usable stock is consumed first; only the remaining shortfall is requested from the emitter, while respecting protected stock.
• Improved planning speed by reusing graph preprocessing and avoiding redundant calculations.
• Improved bounded combinations of alternative recipes and upstream batches to reduce crafting operations and unnecessary stock usage.
• Improved cancellation responsiveness for large recipe inputs and corrected search-budget cutoff reporting.
• Preserved the existing crafting and batch-provider APIs for compatible addons.
