- Added bright blue fire

- Added a new special lighter (Model: Frosted)

- Added a 3d model for lighter fluid

- Fixed a bug where you could completely fill up a lighter using less fuel than you would actually need

- Made the special lighters refillable

- Changed the way lighters check if a block is flammable (you should be able to light flammable blocks from other mods)
