Additions and Changes:
- Asphalt Block (4 variants with slabs)
- Painted Asphalt Block (4 age variants and many supported pattern types, with slabs included)
- Paintbrush (White, yellow and blue paint each with their own set of patterns)
- Scrape Tool (can scrape the paint right off of any surface, even asphalt)
- Street Marker Road Signs (green, red, blue and brown variants, with a hanging version for the green sign, use these for naming your cities'/towns' streets)
