Thief's Gloves Recipe
Right-click on a mob to drop an item with a probability of.
Once a mob is right-clicked, it will be on a 10-minute cooldown until it can be stolen again, regardless of whether it was dropped or not.
It is also possible to steal rare items from certain mobs in rare cases.
