Description
Theorematurgy
Theorematurgy is a survival magic mod about reading local chaos, assembling axioms from researched verbalisms, and binding those laws into relics you can carry or wear.
This is not a spellbook full of fixed buttons. Every law is built from meaningful parts:
- an origin
- a carrier
- a path
- a trigger
- an effect
- an ending
- optional modifiers
- optional stabilizers
You study the place, compose the law, preview its cost, then decide whether it should be spoken by hand or sealed into matter.
Core Loop
- Read the local chaos with the Chaos Meter or Chaos Lectern.
- Research new verbalism families through archives, structures, and fieldwork.
- Build axioms in the Axiom Workbench.
- Preview, utter, and refine them with the Axiom Tablet.
- Assemble and tune Relics with meaningful materials, cores, and forms.
- Wear relics in Curios slots for trigger-based lawcasting.
What Makes It Different
Chaos Is Local
Chaos is not just a mana bar. Every place has its own profile shaped by biome, altitude, weather, dimension, nearby materials, recent events, and more. A law that feels elegant in one location may be unstable somewhere else.
Axioms Are Modular
You do not unlock “Fireball II” or “Ice Bolt III”. You unlock vocabulary. New research expands what kinds of laws you can write, not just how many times you can press the same button.
Relics Matter
Relics are not disposable trinkets. Their form, materials, and core create a real attunement profile. A well-matched relic supports the right law more safely and efficiently; a mismatched one pushes strain and corruption faster.
Exploration Has Meaning
Ruins, chambers, sanctums, resonance sites, cairns, and observatories are not just loot stops. They widen your language, teach new law patterns, and open rare archival formulas.
Current Feature Set
- Full chaos-profile system with local readings and server-authoritative previews
- Playable axiom editor with a large verbalism library
- Archive-driven research graph and formula recovery
- Separate relic forms: ring, necklace, charm, and circlet
- Multi-imprint relic loadouts with active imprint cycling
- Curios integration for worn, condition-driven relic behavior
- Patchouli guidebook with a full in-game progression route
- JEI support for relic assembly and axiom editing workflows
- Custom world sites and archive loot chains for survival progression
Survival-Friendly Design
The practical route is readable and grounded:
- craft a meter
- study a place
- build a law
- preview it honestly
- cast it by hand
- then preserve it in a relic if it proves worth carrying
Theorematurgy rewards observation, composition, and preparation more than raw item hoarding.
