• Fixed border bypass when riding a boat or other entity

1.19.2-0.5.1

Three features:

• A small portion (1% in each direction) of each island is inaccessible as an island border. You will receive a chat message if you reach the border, and be unable to continue past it.
• Inventory is localized to each island. Switching islands in any way will swap your inventory to match.
• The /atisland command is available for modpack usage; it silently returns 1 if the command sender is at their own island, and 0 otherwise.
• One caveat:
• Only the overworld is handled properly right now. Isolated spaces (e.g. Compact Machines) in other dims should be fine, but shared dimensions like the Nether and End are likely to cause issues.
