* **Ghost Window Elimination Refactoring**:
  * Migrated the "Not Responding" white-screen prevention architecture to Forge ModLauncher's top-level **`ITransformationService`**.
  * Win32 `DisableProcessWindowsGhosting()` is now executed directly at the earliest JVM pre-initialization stage with **zero CPU / thread overhead**.
