What's new

- Added new subcommands to /Witcherworld playerLevel (levelUp and addPoints)

- Upon death, only Witcher swords and armor are retained

- Added a vanilla-friendly leveling system to the config, disabling player and mob scaling while still allowing players to level up and earn skill points when set to true

- Places of Power now grant XP and have a 5% chance to award 1 skill point on first use
