Added tredes to upgrade vanilla and other mods weapons.
Added repair kits
Weapons and Armor will no longer be indestructible. However, if their durability drops too low, they won't break, but you will incur a penalty if it becomes too degraded (this penalty will depend on the item's primary stat).
