Removed Fire Tools and Ingot due to them being over used as a Mod and they were just test to get the mod page up

So I know that the Steele Daggers Can't be crafted but working on it soon, my first priority is to get the pig skin assets + code into this mod. As soon as that's done I will work on the daggers and maybe polish them up a bit.
