fully implemented the "smoke form" ability with secondary keybind. (default=unbound)

smoke form allows you to fly and phase through blocks.

smoke form lasts 60 seconds while active. after the 60 seconds are up you will be kicked out of the form. it will fully regenerate in 30 seconds but will still be usable.
