What's new

- Some mods depend on a pretty specific version of Twilight Forest (3.11.1021), this version should fix that also Forge's semver check is pretty bad so I needed to make version 3.11.2000 instead of 3.11.2, it's not a creative choice...

- Fix scepters enchantments dissapearing when repaired. They say it's not "intended" but honestly they should've made them not enchantable to begin with if that was the case.
