Now major earthquake disasters' advancement will shared to everyone nearby, which means if someone trigger a earthquake event like 311 eastern Japan earthquake, every player within 200 block range will also get the advancement about 311, So it won't trigger that much major earthquake in some special day in multiplayer world.

 

Addind new mechanism, "Collapse". It will cause lots of block to falling or distory in some specific place when M>6.0

 

Add new gamerule "EarthquakeCollapseMaxLimit". It restrict the amount of block which can be ruin in a single Collapse event.
