This mod is a remaster of the old "The Tortured" that smoreh made for me, i am the original creator of the character concept and monster, in no way did i steal from smoreh, smoreh specifically modeled and made torture for me, i just found the old version very bad, so i re-animated him and fixed alot of visual and model issues
i also gave him a new banger chase theme
