The Tiberium Wasteland

Hi I added a few bug fixes and texture changes.

For one there were glitches that were causing some issues with the Tiberium Infused Netherite armor...sorry if you got a heart attack when your ender tiberium armor randomly disappeared on the armor stand just look at your other armor stand and see if the armor has somehow traveled inside that one.

I also made some updates to the Portable Tiberium Refinery, a few texture updates to make it more...immersive, you'll see.
