the tapes is a horror mod heavily inspired by the walten files in terms of the idea and concept, and aims to add a story line for you to put together and learn,
AS WELL AS CREATING A DISTURBING ATMOSPHERE,
THIS IS NOT A MOD THATS MAIN USE IS SCARES ITS GOAL IS EXPLORATION AND BUILDING STORY
most structures are in the swamp.
mod is still in its beta and will be greatly improved in future updates, lore, ai, structures, mobs ,ect
my goal with this mod is to build a great horror atmosphere, with good scares and great structures with plenty to find and explore, and a story for the player to uncover, there will be side storys added in as well in a future update once the main story is done!

STORY SPOILERS.
the story revolves around the owner of a family diner
his name is henry, the founder of bucktooths family diner, in 1998.
and revolves around missing staff, and henrys descent into maddness after losing the people he loved by his own doing,
his death following shortly after this mental break,
after falling victim to one of his own creations..
forever trapped forever in pain after what he did,
you play as one of henrys family members who has been called out to repair the old locations
and to try to learn more about what happend to henry and the others.
NOTE LORE MAY BE CHANGED IN THE FUTURE,
AND THIS IS ONLY A SMALL SHOWCASE OF BIGGER PLOT POINTS.
