- Spawn rates lowered for all mobs
- Most mobs cant spawn in groups now
- Spooky man spawn now gives effects when spawned
Some info:
- Spooked effect is given when spooky man is spawned (includes naturally spawned)
- Music is played when you get the "I see you" effect (yes i made it :D)
- The "I see you" effect is applied randomly it doesn't mean anything
