1.4.5: The "Mini Martian Update"

- Added a new material: Redstone Diamond

  Now used for crafting power suits and gravity boots. It can be crafted from a crystalline redstone block and a diamond.

- Added two new pre-built spacecraft.

- Fixed some crafting related problems I found in version 1.4.0.

- Telescopes now only work at night, or if there is no atmosphere in the way. They also check if their view is blocked, by doing a vertical check for blocks other than air or glass.

- Made fuel transfer between fuel tanks less sketchy.
