💧The Sound of Rain💧

This is a mod that is focused on realistic material based sounds instead of the generic default minecraft rain. A client side mod to play with on any server.

Unique audio will play when near the following blocks:

• Amesthyst
• Metals
• Foliage (plants or leaves)
• Fabrics
• Glass 
• Wood
• Lava
• Water
• With more comming!

Perfect for atmospheric bases and structures, creating immersive gameplay experiences, adding depth to rainy or thunderous days, or whatever you do in Minecraft. It is inspired by Cool Rain mod made by JaizYT for Fabric.

Installation:

Currently in forge 1.20/.1/.2/.4, soon more ports will come.
Make sure any of those forge versions is installed, then add it to the mods folder, then start minecraft, then start the rain, then listen...

This mod is for client side, only the player needs it. you can play with the mod on any server.

I was playing on my modpack of 135 mods, but something was missing, it was untouched by anything: The weather. So i had to change it, make it more immersive. I really enjoyed making this mod and i want to improve it. If you like my work you can donate me a cookie, jellybean, or chocolate milk.
