-Added Silent Stone, the infected variant of stone

-Added the Sonic Blaster, crafted with 4 iron and 1 diamond, used to exterminate the silence

-Added the Sonic BFG, a much more powerful version of the Sonic Blaster, crafted with 4 echo shards, 4 iron, and a sonic blaster

-Added particle effects to the infected zones
