SS-21 Quasar v1.5.0

The quasar gets its full cinematic treatment. This update overhauls the cutscene and the strike so the whole sequence — from leaving Earth to the final impact — reads like a proper film, and the pummelling finally hits as hard as it looks.

What's New

Full ball-drop cutscene — in cutscene mode you now watch the projectile fall from deep space, close in on the site, land, compress on the ground, and then erupt. The drop is no longer skipped over a ball that's already embedded.

Realistic Earth zoom-out — the camera now pulls back from Earth on a logarithmic scale, so the planet looms huge before receding smoothly through the scales of space instead of lurching away.

Proper fire order — the quasar rotates and tilts to aim at the mark first, and only then ignites and bursts its thruster. The shot is telegraphed the way it should be.

Visual & Sky Polish

• Opaque deep-space sky during the attack, with a realistic sun and moon rendered at their exact vanilla Minecraft positions.
• A bright distant quasar pinned ~7000 blocks up, visible as a searing dot during the approach.
• Blue full-length guide laser that spans the entire distance to the quasar, matching the attack color.
• The falling ball no longer disappears — it compresses and spins in place until the beam triggers, then erupts through the pillar.

Fixes

• Fixed the quasar's tilt alignment.
• Re-timed the thruster burst to fire after the aim, not before it.
