-Increased the rarity of all structures by 25%

-Lowered the chances of dino spawning extremely (30%)

-Dinosaurs now spawn in lesser sized groups, allowing for easier combat instead of taking on too many at a time

-Fixed the MASSIVE glitch where dinosaurs would spawn in the Nether and the End

-Dinosaurs now spawn in their respective biomes! They no longer can spawn in any biome (Ex: Carnotaurus spawns in deserts and savannas, Herrerasaurus spawns in jungles and swamps)

-Buffed the Titanus Carnotaurus Horn's attack speed (2 --> 2.1)
