What's new

-Added the Pachycephalosaurus

-Added 8 new items: Pachycephalosaurus Meat, Pachycephalosaurus DNA, Pachycephalosaurus Syringe, Pachycephalosaurus Egg, Iron Bottle, Titanus DNA, Titanus Syringe, and Bottle of Titanus DNA

-Added 3 new advancements: Stop, Stop Now..., and Genetic Modification

-Added a new block: Infusion Chamber

-Dilophosaurus Hallucinations will now attack every dinosaur (allowing for the hallucinations to aid the Dilophosaurus when fighting other dinosaurs)

-The Herrerasaurus and Omniraptor no longer hunt the Compsognathus as it isn't in their diets

-Lowered the volume of the Hypsilophodon's calls by -40% (It was very obnoxious)

-Fixed Dilophosaurus spawn rate being 30% too high
