+ Added config file, can be used to turn on and off parakeet and cockatiel world generation. Can be accessed in your "config" folder or via ModMenu.

+ Replaced gray parrot texture with one that resembles an African gray parrot. If you wish to turn this off, open the jar file using 7zip or WinRAR, then delete the "minecraft" folder within the "assets" folder.
