- Added Phase Three
- Added Venemium

- Reworked Legacian structures
- Reworked Legacian Monks
- Reworked the Resistance... I guess you could call it a questline
- Switched all instances of me using Harming as damage to actual /damage because I love 1.20
- Attacker type units in other dimensions can now spawn regardless of WorldTime
- Fixed a bug that sometimes spawned MiKos without any armor, making them look very wrong
- Slightly buffed some loot tables
- Minor fixes here and there
