The Minecraft Update 0.6.0

1. Updated to Neoforge 1.21.1 as part of the compatibility updates for all my mods (so that they may be used together.)
2. Began porting features from the unfinished "Better Biomes" mod that I made for 1.16.5 https://www.planetminecraft.com/mod/more-biomes-demo-1-16-5/
   1. I no longer have the original workspace file, so this is based on the mod description/gameplay. I will not be porting Predators or Fire Shooters yet.

ADDITIONS FROM BETTER BIOMES MOD in 0.6.0

1. Added Biomes
   1. Dead Jungle (dark_forest_alt) which has jungle-style trees made of dark oak. It cannot rain here.
   2. Acacia Forest which is a forest of acacia trees. Greener than savannah grass. Bogged can spawn here.
   3. Volcanic Mountains, where blackstone and ash replace stone and dirt. Large pools of lava can spawn here. Blazes also may roam these lands.
2. Added Ores
   1. Cobalt, at 0.7x Iron's Strength. Does not have an armor set.
   2. Topaz, 1x Iron Strength. Does not have tools, but gives the player jump boost I when full set is worn.
3. Added Block of Ash, which slows you down slightly.
