The Love Of Lily ❤ is a Minecraft mod that brings a 35 new items (as of 1.0.1), and 1 enchantment. If your sword/axe has the Love For Eternity enchantment, any tamable mob that you kill has a 10% chance, increasing chance the higher the enchant level, to respawn as your pet. You cannot kill already tamed pets.

The enchantment has a max level of 5, planning to increase in future updates to make it have a higher chance based on enchant level.

You can skip the need to get the enchantment by getting the Wand Of Love. The wand is unbreakable, and cannot be enchanted. The wand works the same as the enchantment, but is an item that evolves from the enchantment.
