This is probably the last update to 26.3, since I will directy update the mod to 26.4
add
- summoning an ice ring (with cryo sigil item) will also summon an effect cloud that will cause slowness
- some boss claws attack now inflict slowness

- removed all unnecessary comments in functions/boss/death/stop_all_anim.mcfunction
- buff ice ring (cryo sigil)

- attempt to fix boss changing phase animation something breaking
