UPDATED THE DATAPACK TO 26.3 !!!
This is just preperation for the incoming 26.4 update (winter drop)
add
- admin functions to easily get custom items from the datapack

fixes
- fix master variant being able to get nevagitive combo while using claw attacks
- remove debug say in phase 2 parry
- fix typo "gard" -> "guard" in structure
scoreboard version is now 5 (your config will be reset)
resourcepack version is now v2.0
if you somehow upgrade from 1.21.1 to 26.3, previous items will no longer work, if there were any boss alive they will 100% break, and probably many other issue...
