The Watcher is a mob that attacks the player; it looks like an eye with four spider legs.
The Watcher Eye is the drop from Watcher.
The Eye Forest: is a new biome where the Watcher spawns.
The biome also features new leafless trees with animated eyes. This biome only spawns in the Overworld.
