Version 1.3.0 - The Shield Update

- Added shield tiers (Iron, Golden, Diamond, Netherite, Topaz, Sapphire, Ruby).

- Nerfed vanilla shield's durability from 337 to 125 to accommodate new tiers.

- Renamed vanilla shield to "Wooden Shield".

- Added enchantability property to all items using vanilla values.

- Changed textures for Topaz and Ruby Blocks.
