Description
You need a silk touch pickaxe to get 11 ice, then craft it to 44 ice shards, then make 10 frosted obsidian to make the portal frame(I reccomend using JEI) and 1 frosted iron to make portal igniter and ignite it the same way you would ignite nether portals
Known bugs:
No trees generate in frosted forest (structure issues)
Penguins don't move (AI issues)
