At the moment we are having troubles developing 1.8.0 mainly because of the amount of bugs it contains. Therefore we will be having another delay. For how long is uncertain. But a 'dimension fix' version has been released on CurseForge which basically fixes the dimension bug conflicts and has some stable 1.8.0 features. I will be honest it is not the best it could be and seems to not add much but we are working on it
