The Deleted - v1.5.5 - Backrooms Overhaul + Core Hack Finale + New Builds

FIXES:
- Fixed Liminal Hallways crash from missing monster spawn fields.
- Fixed Fractured Meadow structures only spawning once; explorable structures now repeat deterministically.
- Fixed Overworld Shack/Portal spawning underground; now sky-spawned Y=110-150.
- Fixed Nightmare event screen being skipped by dimension load; now 5s delay before teleport.
- Fixed Bypass Terminal timer reset exploit; timer is now server-authoritative.
- Fixed Glitch Core being breakable by hand; now only removable by successful bypass.
- Fixed Bypass Terminal text overlap between RECOVERED FILES and attempts counter.

BACKROOMS / LIMINAL HALLWAYS:
- Removed all exit anchors. Escape is now 10% no-clip roll every 60s.
- Added 40% pitch-black rooms, ambient_light 0, no skylight.
- Added left-click camera flash with 3.5s cooldown and brief illumination.
- Added bodycam VHS HUD with REC timer, battery, VU meter, timestamp.
- Locked to first-person and 75 FOV in Backrooms.
- Added eye adaptation and handheld camera inertia/sway.
- Added 7 new sounds: fluorescent_buzz, camera_flash, distant_step, noclip_escape, bulb_drop, echoing_alarm, carpet_vacuum.
- Continuous buzz loop, delayed footstep echoes, distant random events.

CORE HACK FINALE:
- New item: Analog Bypass Tablet, scans 12 blocks for Glitch Core.
- New CRT terminal with 45s server timer and 3 attempts.
- World-specific 6-char cipher split across sector_key_part1.txt, system_error_log.dat, tape_transcript.txt.
- New in-game Recovered Files viewer, no Alt-Tab needed.
- Failure awakens Anomaly Architect with lightning and debuffs.
- New rooftops_recovery.txt with awareness:0/1 for controlled retry.

OVERWORLD:
- New OverworldAnomalyDirector with Frozen Fauna, EBS Broadcast, Doppelganger Observer.
- Events trigger naturally every ~8-12 min, testable via /the_deleted event.
- Removed spoiler chat messages for structures, mirror, whispers and anomalies.

NEW STRUCTURES:
- Overworld: Broadcast Tower, Signal Circle, Collapsed Bunker.
- Rooftops: Helipad Command Center, Fire Escape Bridge.
- New /the_deleted structure test commands for all builds.
