Changes:
-Glutton Block can now be fed boss loot for xp
-Misanthropic Hivemind now has a wind up animation before sucking the player in
-Reduced the damage dealt by the hivemind suck attack
-Custom death message when the player is digested by the hivemind
-Increased Misanthropic Hivemind's defense

Fixes:
-Bismuth Tools giving xp for killing mobs that don't give any xp
