Adds a new structure called the Tower and a new mob, the Confusing Dweller Ghost.
This mob attacks the player when they are not looking at it.

Inside the Tower, you can find a new item: the Crucifix.
Using this item, you can banish the Confusing Dweller, allowing its ghost to spawn afterward.
