This update nerfs some creatures so that you don't just immediately die, Adds a new class of creatures known as the pure creatures that spawn at phase 4, adds infected trees to the block infection, Makes bruising armor harder to obtain, polishes some of the entity animations and models, adds infected villagers, and more!
