ADDED:
- Paralysis effect, when applied you won't be able to move - will grant effect when blood rain happens
- The Boiled One will now try and move towards player slowly when he isn't attacking
- Despawn animation
FIXED:
- Sometimes, The Boiled One won't do anything after spawn
- Improved despawn timer
