When Darkness comes, so do the Beasts from the Shadows.

The Beast from the Shadows is a cave dweller-esque mod that will stalk you until it gets close enough to attack.

It will sometimes transform into a true shadow and become semi-invisible, alongside obtaining a speed boost.

When it gets close enough, it can start screaming at the player, stare at them menacingly or start attacking immediately.

The Beast has the capability of digging holes through blocks, letting it find you more easily.

Even though it may seem invincible at first, it has a main weakness: Fire. as it will die almost immediately when touching it, lava or even receiving sunlight.

For that, I recommend going to sleep immediately (if you can) or have Fire Aspect weapons and Flame arrows.

It has a "high" spawn rate in groups in all dimensions, making the dimensions a lot harder (or even annoying, since they could break your Nether portal).
