Hydrokinetic

• The Hydrokinetic has been reworked with a new look and new animations for every ability.
• Abilities no longer need water nearby. Being near water, in water or in the rain makes them hit 25% harder.
• The Tsunami is much bigger and takes longer to build, so other players can see it coming.
• Wave Rider now lasts while you hold the key.
• Stamina costs and damage have been rebalanced to sit closer to the other powers.
• Water Lance and Tsunami now use up stamina while you charge them, instead of all at once when you let go.
