The Chaos 0.3.0

This update fix much problem that community report (& some problem that i saw) with some new rework about everything

• Fixing the main-menu & pause menu effect for low perf PC (it was laggy asf)
• Remove the debug thing in the chat about err555
• Removing a lot of feature that doesn't work well for err555 (he is now a more stalker entity)
• Rework of The Trader model for something more cool (the old one was the worst possible)
• Rework of The Trader gameplay, now for item trade you need to click with the item on the hand on the entity & for entity he will tp to you

i accept every suggestion in commentary to upgrade the mod / correct bugs
