- Fixed snowstorms for mysterious reasons not being able to spawn, due to being "locked" behind an "else if" check, checking for if the same thing as the first is true, meaning it could never be reached (this is a bug in the main mod).

- Storm frequency is now determined on the month, being more common in late summer and early autumn. The frequency is loosely based on storm observations by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, Atlantic Oceanographic and Meteorological Laboratory.

- The monthly storm frequency can be configured.
