- Added new fire spread mechanics.
- Fire spread is affected by rainfall, temperature and wind.
- Wind favors downwind spread and can carry fire farther.
- Implemented a fire fatigue mechanic, which is a system to help prevent fires from spreading forever.
- Fatigue settings are configurable and carry over to newly spread fire.
- Fixed a bug that caused fire to break soil blocks (yay).
