Fixed next issues:
1. A lot of raw_items did not have the tfc:foods tag
2. Fixed the issue with new vat recipes
3. Changed recipe of oladyi and syrniki
4. Sliced cabbage now has tfc:foods/vegetables tag (same as tfc:foods)
5. All new soups have the tfc:foods tag
6. Changed the heating in oven and firepit heating in each recipe now temp:200
7. Changed the wrong spelling of Raw hawaiian pizza
8. Added 5-pelmeni recipe for pot
