Well a rewrite of the original Idea.
I found a couple issues and tested around 4 hours to track it down. (It was litterly an issue from changing a 0 to a 1 (thanks mipmapping))

- Changed: improved the logic to reload textures and keep them reloaded for a certain amount of time then unloading them again)
