Adds a new serializeEntityTicks=t/f config option to adds more support for mods that will break running on parallel when enabled it entities will run serial on worker threads, this is still faster than without the mod as it still runs off the main thread.
this is specifically to address mods like [Better Combat Reimagine](https://github.com/Bandit-bytes/Better-Mob-Combat-Reimagined/pull/8) that uses non thread safe collections which would break all mobs causing the previous updates config option to not work
