Overpowered but also cursed

Adds 3 blocks, 1 that adds speed + jump boost, and 2 that might get updated later with features, adds 1 liquid that pulls you towards it and acts like water, adds 2 biomes using the new blocks, and adds 1 structure with op loot that only generates on the 2 new biomes.
